Advice please.

My son's 22 and wants to look at an MG ZR 1.4 5 door,Manual for £1300. It's done 64,000 miles.Next MOT due 08/07/2015, Tax expires 31/08/2014, Full service history, Air conditioning, 16" Hairpin alloys, Electric front windows, Kenwood CD tuner, Tilt adjustable steering column, Sports seats, Battery back-up alarm sounder, Thatcham category 1 alarm system with perimetric + volumetric protection, Remote central door locking, Immobiliser.



However, should he be even thinking of buying it? as MG/Rover parts are surely hard to come by. What do you think, please?



I've also seen a Rover 45 1.4i Impression S 5dr for £995. He thinks the length of the car might be too big for him, to drive. Again the same question applies, please?
