Cam sprockets removal

I need to replace the cyliinder head on my 220 SD, as (i believe) the old one has valve damage. I have a replacement on a scrap engine but I've been having trouble getting the camshaft sprockets off at both ends of camshaft - they're both inclredibly tight and don't seem to budge a bit even with the longest of breaker bars and locking camshaft.



Any advice would be much appreciated. :)
