Car Foot Pump Hose Connector Help!

Hi all



The hose connected to the foot pump has bent so I've cut it off and am wanting to re-attach it to the pump but don't have any 2 ear o clips and o clip pliars. What's the best alternative solution (apart from buying a new foot pump lol) would a small jubilee clip do the job and some sealant?
