Central Locking Help Pretty Please

Hi all, after quite a few months problem free with my 2006 Rover 25 as if by magic I have an unusual problem :-



The remote key will lock all doors and will also disarm the imobiliser and open the boot but it will NOT unlock any of the doors, so I open the drivers door by the key, I can then unlock manually both back doors but CANNOT open the passenger door lock from inside. When I start driving the auto lock kicks in, but then when I stop the auto unlock does NOT open and I again have to manually unlock the door to get back out.



Tried so far :-



All Fuses, fine and dandy, nothing blown.



Wiring loom in boot, all fine, no broken, frayed wiring.



If anyone can help i'd be extremely grateful my kids are getting miserable at having to climb through the passenger side window :-)
