Plastic cover underneath front bumper?

What's the plastic cover thing that attaches to the underside of a 45, near the font bumper?



I've just dragged my passenger side one half way up the M1 and worn the bolt holes away (now secured with a coathanger).



What's the part called and where would I get one?
