New Slave cilinder broke after 3000 miles

Hello again, in a previous topic that i opened here i mentioned that i had slave cylinder trouble, topic here : http://ift.tt/1sGr2w5

and i bought a brand new slave cylinder which after 9 months broke, actually the pipe that is used for air release was pushed out when i stepped on the pedal, luckily it happened on an open road so i was able to stop without causing any accidents, and when i drove the car to my idiots mechanics( without a clutch and with escort which cost me a lot a lot of money) when they opened the gear box and removed the pump told me that the safety pin was form a weak material and that is why the pipe was pushed out, we refitted the pump ( i my self have a degree in electronics i'm not much familiar with gearboxes and everything that concerns the mechanic part) and he established a leak from the gearbox it leaks glycerin, and now he says that the pressure plate is worn out, and that is the cause for the breaking of the cylinder, the mileage of the car is almost 140000 km, and i cant get it pass my mind that a pressure plate and my leg force that was applied on the pedal caused a brand new slave cylinder to brake, it insults my intelligence, and my IQ is quite high!

Now my question is because i paid a lot of money to get the cylinder in Macedonia directly from the UK, and i also paid a lot of money to the mechanics, equal to a monthly wage here, for a one day work, are they ripping me off, and please have you heard that it is possible a pressure plate to be so hard to push to brake of a slave cylinder.

I have pictures also:

From there is the pipe pushed out!(picture above)

And there is the safety pin in a very good condition! (picture above)

And on top of everything, now they are asking me to buy new pressure plate, new driven plate assy., and both the slave and master cylinders, even though 10 months ago the diagnosed very good condition of the pressure plate and the assy. and i changed the cylinders.

I would very much appreciate your expertise.

Thank you!
