Squeaky belt - Idler Pulley?

Hey guys, my diesel 2001 Rover 45 has a squeak coming from the fan belt.

I've had the belt replaced as I automatically assumed it was down to the belt being old and slipping, especially as there was a recent coolant spillage onto the belt. However, the squeak is still there.

The squeak is present constantly when the engine is running and it speeds up as you accelerate and brake.

I've had a poke about and I think the likely culprit is the idler pulley as it seems to have a small amount of play in it and the noise does seem to be coming from that region. Is there anyone who supplies these? I don't want to buy a full belt kit as I don't need it.

Also, the access down to this seems really tight so I'm not sure I'll be able to do it without getting under the car - as a result the likelihood is I'll have to get my garage to fit it. It looks like it should only take about 30 minutes but having not done it before I'm not sure what sort of price to expect?

Any advice appreciated! :)
