Smoking

OK so have tried injector cleaner in the fuel filter, had the EGR and intake manifold off and cleaned as best as I can with oven cleaner foam and washing it through, water runs reasonably clear through the manifold now compared to what it was, Leak back test showed number 2 leaking back but not enough to cause any issues, tried unplugging all injectors one by one and listening for change in engine note as expected all injectors are firing. The intake was no doubt restricting airflow of that I am sure but car is still smoking badly.



So next plan was to try flushing the intercoler out as I think that may be blocked with sludgy oil after the intercooler hose kept popping off last year.



If it is not that then I am truly at a loss.
