Rover 200 sdi engine in a zr more fuel needed

We have just acquired a mgzr 2002 td but is fitted with a rover 200 sdi engine.

Been having a little play on dyno with boost but need to get fuelling up. Would be a easy job on a zr engine as could map the ECU. But the unit fitted to these obviously cannot be remapped.

Came across a post using a resistor and a variable pot to alter fuel output from the pump. What is this called. Sure there will be a post on the values and what wires to connect to on here just not sure what to search for.

Any ideas on where I might find this info or a link to it. Seen a few old posts about a gary cable which I think may do the same job as what I'm after. Any info would be helpful.

Overall aim is to get the boost up as high as possible currently at 19 psi with no issues no cat no egr and if I can get the fuelling up will build a manifold with a t4 flange and can fit turbos a plenty.

Currently in process of building new alloy boost pipes and larger duel pass intercooler.

Does this car use the maf for anything other than egr control as does not seam to make any difference having it connected or not. Other than when it's not connected the egr valve does not appear to operate.

Currently keeping a dyno run log of every change made to vehicle so can find which mods make a difference and which do not.

Does anyone know the max bhp the pump will allow for. Would like to get it up to 140-150 bhp. If possible.

Any information on this would be much appreciated.

Cheers
