Clutch peddle problem

Hi all. Had new clutch last year and since I have owned it the bite point has been 2/3cm off floor and had a full travel in pedal all the way to the floor.



But now after driving 1 mile it's hard to change gear and with your foot right on floor in 1st it is still trying to pull car along and have to switch engine off to put in first from n.



Have good pressure from top all the way to the floor with no leaks inside the car and nowhere I can see in engine bay. What could this be?
