Fault code PO 151

Hi guys

got a problem with my sons MG ZS180. The car started, drove ok. then when he went to re-start it the car will only just tick over very lumpy. When you put your foot on the throttle it konks out and doesn't really want to re-start

Put a code reader on it code PO 151 come out. O2 sensor circuit low. Voltage bank 2 sensor 1.

I take it that's one of the O2 sensors.

Would this cause the problem as i'm not too sure. I repaired the power vis just before this happened, tried another on it after it wouldn't run properly so i'm sure it isn't the vis repair as it made no difference.

You guided thoughts please
