[Fixed] No power and lots of smoke

Afternoon all, thought I'd share a story for the benefit of future Google adventurers/stuck R45 owners.



My turbo diesel all of a sudden started belching out blue/black smoke every time I tried to accelerate hard. The turbo stopped coming in and it was obvious there was a reasonably severe problem.



Opened the bonnet and spotted a big, obvious split in the hose running from the intercooler to the top of the engine. Car to Mr Clutch for an hours' work and *touch wood* it's running properly again, kudos to Rimmer Bros for supplying the part.



Just in case anyone has the same problem :)
