R8 Panel Tooling

It got me thinking..



I know the 25 and 75 tooling ended up in China when MGR went bust. The Maestro tooling was also sold to a Chinese outfit a few years previous to this.



The 45 tooling was reclaimed by Honda I think. Something to do with leasing or IP rights?



Does anybody know what happened to the R8 tooling. As the Coupe and Cabby were in production to 98 you'd have thought it would have remained at Longbridge for a while after this?



Did Honda own some IP rights over the R8 tooling so took this too?
