thermostats non-Aircon and Aircon engines

ive rounded up all the parts to fit aircon to my L-series conversion wedge 200.



donor car was a X-reg Rover 25 diesel, non-aircon - but has a pulley where aircon compressor would sit (ie uses Aircon belt setup)



is there any difference between the two setups of a OE Aircon car and a non-Aircon car?



are the thermostats the same?



while the engine is out the car now is the best time to get parts swapped etc
