How do i remove seat backs?

Hey all



This weekend iam going to have a go at fitting some seat heater pads to the seats



Now the covers i can sort of get my head round, but the hardest part seems to be getting the plastic backing off the seat! i have practiced in my local scrap yard at getting these off and have broken every single one in the process, and even with them off i cant seem to figure out how they are supposed to come off!



Can anyone please shed some light on this?
