New wiring loom?

MG ZR 1.4 2005 3 door.

Can anyone tell me where I can get new grommets (body to tailgate) and a new wiring loom for the rear lights. How much would these items cost?



(The 10amp fuse for the o/s sidelights keeps blowing despite repairing three damaged connections in the tailgate section).
