Anyone with PB?

Just rang to get a quote, I was with them before with the same car that's been off the road for 18 months, as soon as I mentioned after market exhaust they said they couldn't quote unless I gave them the exact power/BHP increase due to mods.

I've never been asked that before by any insurer, does it sound right?

How would I know unless I got it on a RR, seems ridiculous.
