Sdi turbo limits.

Why is it you can only go to 19 psi on the sdi turbo.



Is the turbo limited to this number in efficiency or is it a exhaust preshure issue.



Now is it possible to lift the boost cut above its current value within the map by fitting a chip with a modified file and up it slightly more.



What is advantage of changing turbo to the zr unit. ??



Currently running 136 bhp on a 200 engine with decat egr blank larger top pipe. Boost up and evry mod now I know that I have more fuel available here and not on the limit of the pump.



Is there any rotational timing ajustment on these engines as having more fuel feel that the start of injection point could do with a small advance.



With regards to the intercooler I'm seeing loads of pore loss on dyno due to heat soak / higher intake temps. And although I'm sure intercooler is more than capable of cooling at the power levels I'm going to, I can't help but feel it's not getting much oair to it. Or could be getting more.



Sorry for the 20 questions. Trying to get a grasp on this engine in as much detail as possible.
