New engine head gasket change

As some of you read my engine took a turn for the worse anyway took delivery of a low milage unit along with mls type gasket kit, as there is no torque guide in kit can someone tell me do i use all the head gaskets in there ie main gasket and head saver and what the torque settings are, ive read so many differant tollerances that im unsure to go with the lower or higher first torque. I then read after first torque turn a further 180 degrees then 180 degrees again, as ive allways used pre determined settings 180 degrees? one half of a full turn is that correct........so many questions.
