rover 160 vvc issues with idle and constant throttle

Recently got my elise 111s back from engine rebuild.

Already before the idle was not perfectly stable as it dipped then started hunting coming back to normal and then dipping again.

In addition to this I give constant throttle and for example hold it steady at 2500 rpm the revs will fall down to around thousand and then climb up again. When driving this is noticed as a stutter and hesitation.



At higher rpm it remains steady at constant throttle. Here is a clip.

I have tried a new tps sensor and resettimg iacv valve and cleaning it. If i disconnect iacv car stalls, if i rev it with iacv disconnected revs still dip so symptoms remain the same.

Now fault codes recorded...
