Starter motor?

Hi,

My car has had the odd time recently where it won't start at first and then it starts 2 or 3rd time.

However tonight just that clicking noise and the sound of the fuel pump.

Didn't have a multimeter handy but battery seems to power everything ok

Blowers full blast and lights etc.

Could this be the death of a starter motor ?
