YATT (Yet another tyre thread)

Started this instead of hijacking someone else's.



I have 4 mismatching super cheap tyres on my TF. I've been planning on replacing them but had to spend all my money on replacing other bits to keep it on the road.



Want to get some decent tyres on it now so I can actually drive it decently, its always had crappy tyres since I bought it.



I dont have a lot of money, but want something that will do the car justice.



I had a look on some tyre sites but am not sure what is 'good' and what is 'bad'. As far as I know Toyo's are good, but I cant afford them.



Can anyone offer some consumer advice?
