Do I neeed a Mike Satur cam bolt kit?

Mike Satur sells replacement cam wheel bolts, based on this fairly provocative reasoning:

Has anyone experienced cam bolts "breaking" or "fail[ing]". I am aware of the earlier recall related to cam bolts being undertorqued from the factory. But breaking! Does anyone know the specification on the OEM cam bolts or on Mike's replacement bolts. I'd hate to fit an inferior part based on hearsay.
