help on sdi nozzle / 25 body

hi is this something i can build myself, if i take the injectors out of a 45 and put my old nozzles of my sdi injectors on them, the reason i cant use the whole injector from the sdi is because i trashed the thread getting them out, but the nozzles should be ok or clean up ok, cheers
