mgzt cdti+ remove RoverRon synergy 2 instructions

Hi Had my beloved ZT backed into by neighbour! Taken out both doors and pillar! Suggestion is it may be written off. Need to remove Synergy 2 prior to handing over to insurance engineer, can't locate instructions anywhere and as this was such a successful fit and forget...I've forgotton how I put in on and how to revert to standard. Any instructions greatly appreciated. Thanks
