Missfire

Hi guys now I've got this really really awful intiminate missfire you can really feel it al low speeds...I've got torque pro and the fault that keeps popping up is miss fire due to low fuel or random multiple missfire I've so far changed the coils and ht lead and about to do the spark plugs...would be great if anyone had and advise or has had this problem before
