Parcel Shelf Carpet

What do you guys do to stop the parcel shelf carpet from folding back from the tee-bar? It looks awful :(



I tried using sticky back Velcro straps but they didn't work!!!



It still folded back on it's self!!!



(Do you guys even know the problem I am referring to lol??)
