rover 75 1.8 petrol chugs when starting

hello ,

i just had a flooded igs unit thats bolted to the ecu next to the pollen filter i dried it out resoldered parts of it. In finding out what it was i took off the fuel pipe in the backseat . Now when i start it before it changes to lpg the car stutters nearly dying before it seems to clear its self anybody any ideas?
