siezed bolts

i am changing the trailing arm bushes along with a couple of others on th zs. i did the driver side which was a nightmare as 2 of the bolts on the lower arm were siezed solid on the bush and both snapped.

i just wonder if anyone has any tips before i do the passenger side, i did soak everything with releasing oil but it didnt make any difference as the bolts had siezed to the metal colar on inside of the bush.

any tips would be welcome and cut out alot of swearing and bruised nuckles lol.
