Service question

When you pay for a service does that include the repairs?



Also, I am due a service in 150 miles time. Ive been quoted 260 for a full service and 145 for a half service. The half service just includes oil change around the engine but full service is spark plugs etc. Both types includes brakes, lights etc.



What do you think I need? They are an MG Rover garage. I would prefer an mg garage because they know the cars. I just dont know what type of service I need..
