Help fuse 15 keeps blowing?

Hello, as per title, MGZS 2.0 DIESEL 2002, I was driving home earlier in the rain and the next thing was I herd a pop of fuse 15 a (10amp)going and all dash lights, speedo, rev counter, rear wiper, electric windows went dead, only had a (15amp) spare and fitted that and started car and that poped as well, I managed to drive home but now as soon replacement fuse is fitted and ignition is switched on the fuse pops and unable to start car now. Ahhhh the only things that were on when driving was rear & front inter wipers , heaters, stereo, I'm trying by disconnecting different electrical items so see what's affecting fuse but I don't know what the fuse covers as owners hand book says day time running lights and reverse lights? Does any helpfull person possibly have Haynes manual that tells you everything that's covered by fuse 15? Many thanks😬
