Newbie kit owner
Hello!
I run a couple of Metro based kit cars, a Midas Gold which is A series based and more recently a K series based GTM Rossa K3, I came across this site whilst trying to iron out various problems with the 1.4 GTi engined K3, starting with the ubiquitous head gasket issues. The original engine is sadly knackered with sunken uneven liners and a very pitted head, thanks apparently to being run and stood with just plain water in the cooling system, I've now got a more recent unit from an MG ZR to go in. I've since found that a few of the GTi steering and suspension components were different to the standard Rover 100, and so it goes on....
