'Stumbling' tickover/idle.

Hi, I've searched the forum, but couldn't find a similar condition. Anyone experienced this?:

I've got a disconcerting problem with my MGF vvc that shows no sign of going away on its own.

The tickover has an almost rhythmic stumble where it momentarily dies - then instantly recovers - every ten(?) seconds or so.

This appeared around the time I replaced the HT leads which had been causing a misfire under load - although that could be coincidental.

Has this ever happened to you?

How did you fix it?
