Rear disc upgrade

The time has come to change my 120 disc brake setup on the zs.



I'd ideally like to put on larger drilled and grooved discs to look prettier than the tiny tiny standard ones. Yet I'm happy to keep the calipers (new 1 year ago)



So I'd need an adapter. Has anyone made one? Is there an off the shelf one available? Does anyone have a cad model to sell?
