ABS Fault - MOT Failure or Advisory ?

I have a problem with my ABS, kicks in a low speed, just not got the time

to fix the problem, need to get it MOT'd so will it fail or be an advisory ?



The ABS light is not on.



Been told if the light is not on and the car stops well enough it will pass

and the most it will be is an advisory.
