Exhaust help plz

My car has failed the emission test on mot and the guys quoted me £180. He said it's the mid section that's leaking quiet bad but you can't separate the back section to from the the mid so I'll need get mid and back section.



My question is can they be separated and is it easy to fix my self. Thanks
