Fuel Injector Replacement Guide?

Had a fuel injector stick open the other day causing my Mk2 105 1.4 to run like the proverbial bag of spanners.



Ordered a new on off of FleaBay, and I'm going to fit it at the weekend.



Does anyone have a guide on how to do it?
