No Brake Lights

Suddenly my Trophy doesn't have any brake lights. Bulbs are fine and the reversing light works - so the fuse is OK as they are on the same circuit.



Unfortunately I cannot get into my CD Workshop Manual to have a look at the wiring diagram and pedal switch.



So I'm thinking that I need to trace the loom back to the pedal, looking for broken wiring between pedal switch and the bulbs, or duff pedal switch.



So my questions:



1 - which way does the brake circuit loom work its way to the front

2 - are there any potential joints which could have worked loose

3 - any obvious or previously known wear/weak points

4 - any advice on what to look for at the pedal end?
