Grinding on Acceleration

I've got a problem with my ZR, which seems to make a horrible grinding sound when ever I put my foot on the gas pedal a certain amount and on hard acceleration.. only used to do it on low revs but now is getting worse everyday. I cant do 70 on the motorway in 5th because of the horrible noise.. It seems to of lost performance too.



I've also noticed it incredibly hard to select gears when cold... and I can hear crunching when moving slowly in reverse of 1st gear in traffic.



in a morning when pulling off the drive.. I cannot select 2nd at all , I literally have to stop moving put it in neutral lift the clutch back up and set off again then it eventually goes into 2nd.



The grinding is in all gears.. I and only when accelerating. Im starting to think the gearbox might be low on oil or something to do with the accelerator cable.



If anyones got any tips Id love to hear them
