Poorly 160

Hello all,I have a poorly 160,having the odd morning when the high idling attacks the car,I have yet another problem,at low speed or dropping speed,the car seems to jump forwards and back,then bolts into action.

At high speed it fine and does not do this all the time,but when it does it's annoying,I've checked the throttle body and seems all clean,the air box seems in order even had a obd reader and comes back clear.

So what could it be ?
