Sticky throttle

My 2005 TF throttle is OK when I start from cold but as it warms up it gets 'sticky', almost 'notchy', making it difficult to make a smooth start - I either almost stall or rev the guts out of it.



I have read various threads on the throttle body and the use of a larger one. Mine appears to be plastic, does this sound like a replacement job? If so, how big a job is it and where best to buy one from?
