TF stalling on very cold start ups

Hi all,



I have a TF that on cold mornings stalls at every junction when I dip the clutch until warmed up, the exhaust smells like it's burning rich.

Tickover is around 1200 rpm for a bout 30 seconds after startup then it drops to 900 and it really is like an old manual choke that is still on.

I thought the black water temperature sensor might be dodgy so changed it but it made no difference at all.

After 10 minutes of running, once it's warmed up, it's fine, it runs perfectly.

It doesn't do it in the summer, only when cold out. It's started last winter, was ok during the summer, and it's just starting to do it again :-(



Anyone any ideas ?
