Manifold/1st cat to 2nd cat bolt/stud sheared

I've managed to snap one of the bolts in this photo on the right whilst replacing the 2nd cat.

I have the manifold off the car, but I can't see how I'm going to get this stud out.



Does anyone know if they're welded in?



I guess I'm going to be grinding them off?
