Urgent help needed with zs clutch.

Hi guys, I usually search for my answers but I need my car tomorrow so don't have time. I've got the td zs and fitted sdi injectors and mafam today. Took her for a spin and as soon as I booted it in 4 and 5th the clutch slipped.



I'm hoping the clutch arm is seized and isn't helping matters so how do I actually free it off? I've found it but I don't know how to go about actually moving it as the slave cylinder is stopping me.
