Dipped Beam Poor, Voltage Regulator?
My headlights seem to give poor performance on dipped beam, the headlight units themselves are new.
My brother in law says that it is because the voltage regulator is old and I should replace it.
Is this an integral part of the alternator on the car?
I thought it was the H4 bulbs, and have some new Night Eater type ones but I haven't fitted them yet ... could it be the voltage regulator rather than the bulbs?
