MGTF Audio

Hi, The Kenwood unit in my 2003 MGTF has given up and I am quite keen on a Pioneer DEH-1600UB . Question is this :-

Does anyone know whether this will directly plug in to the wiring or whether some sort of 'interface' plug/socket is required?
