Small rust areas

I can tell that my car has had a respray. The paint is perfect. However, there are a few years that understandably have come up again after I presume previously been sorted.

Both rear arches have started the bubble, but only the folded bit. On the outside there is only one small bubble. Any ideas what to do?

The boot latches are rusted. I don't think I want to take them off completely, so I'll see what I can do sanding it down (there is a good thread somewhere suggesting what should be done).

On my boot there is a patch, just less than a square inch. Because of its prime location, this is my main concern. I know you can blend different coats, but I don't have access to a compressor and as the area is so small I'm worried it'll look out of place, especially with a spray can job.

Apart from these and some minor stone chips, the paint is perfect, not representative of a 10 year old car
