v6 2.5 oil filter??

I have a chance to get some stuffs from Rimmer recently. For sharing the shipping, I plan to get some spare supplies for the services next year. After checked with last services sheet I found the oil filter they fitted last year is for land rover (lpw100230). I know 75 share the same engine with Freelander, but is it ok to fit land rover filter?? coz the one for rover 75 (LPW100161) is more expensive than the one for land rover. I see there is an alternative option call spin on canister type (more cheaper!), any different??



Also, how many supplies need to be changed in a regular service except oil and filter??
