wet floor and seized spark plug

Hi everyone, I've recently bought a rover 45 1.4, amongst a few other issues I have a very wet floor on the drivers side, I believe there's a draining plug I can access to solve the problem but I don't know where or how can anyone help, I also have a serious misfire which I belive is due to a spark plug issue there's one plug which is completely seized how the he'll do I get it out, have checked all the others and replaced the ignition leads.
