Getting rid of that plastic manifold

Hi all. Now I've done most of the important things on my F I'm thinking of getting shot of that plastic inlet manifold. I've seen a few alloy versions for sale but I need to know what stuff I need to hang on to and the extra stuff I may need that I haven't got.

So far I have an alloy throttle body and I've got my eye on a vvc manifold.

Will my injectors fit? And I understand that I'll need a vvc air cleaner assembly. Anything else? All info appreciated.
